I got one of these machines, it has been sent back to them 2 times as it has not worked at all. I just received it back again and it has more damage, the spool holder is totally off the machine. They called me told me they had received the machine damaged as well. They now claim UPS will only cover $100.00 toward a new machine. I have contacted UPS with this information and my complaint. I have also posted a complaint at complaint.com. I have contacted them in Texas that I want a new machine like the salesman told me they would do in such case where the machine broke...no questions asked. The do not honor the story of their sales person. I told them I was going to the atty. Gen.' office in WA. state and I began searching the Internet. Thank you for your time.
